Prices :
All prices are clearly mentioned in the program details and are expressed in US $.. All the inclusions are clearly highlighted and all exclusions must be borne by the client himself.

Cancellations and Refunds :
- If a booking is terminated earlier than expected for some reason, a cancellation fee should be charged. - Cancellation fees are normally charged under the following conditions.
- Bookings cancelled prior to final payment
- deposit refunded less a processing fee.
- Bookings cancelled after final payment
- a cancellation fee plus any cancellation fees imposed by Company providing service (s).
- All bookings within 7 days do incur Company imposed cancellation fees which can be as high as 100% of all money paid.

On or after the starting date :
no refund will be made.

Bank Information :
Or through a credit card for which 4% extra will be charged as bank commission.

Group Size :
We promote independence and flexibility. We will not ask you to join our pre-arranged group. Our trips are organized for a group otherwise you will have to set up by yourself (minimum 2 people). Any adventure you choose will be tailored to your own individual needs, and you can choose any date which is convenient to you.

Tailormade Itineraries :
Every client handled by us, has an itinerary especially tailor-made to his/her requirements - be it a single person traveling or a large special interest group. We do not insist on clients adhering to standard packages. That is our strength; every person is special and deserves to be handled personally. Starting from a tailor-made itinerary, extra care and courtesy will be shown at every stage.

Fitness and Health :
Although good health and a positive mental attitude are essential, you do not need to have prior experiences to participate on any of our programs.

Insurance :
All of our clients must be protected by insurance that would cover cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.

All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering. Rescue insurance is not available in Nepal.

Flight Booking :
We do not sell international flight tickets. However, we arrange any domestic flights, as they are included in the price of your journey. We will require your passport details to book your domestic flights upon receipt of your bookings.

Program Changes :
The tour programs are always subject to possible changes due to unpredictable reasons such as weather conditions, road blockade, landslide etc. My Nepal Adventure has the right to alter the program itineraries and times and individual program blocks without prior notice if this becomes necessary. In such cases, My Nepal Adventure will try its best to find appropriate, equivalent alternatives; if major parts of a program unexpectedly become unavailable and no equivalent alternative can be found, a reasonable refund will be given to the clients, in form of an amount of money equivalent to the saved expenses.
