 This is a long, difficult trek
around Dhaulagiri (8167m) that starts
from Beni. The trekking route follows
the Myagdi Khola westwards to Darbang,
then turns north through lowland forests
into the high country. Much of the route
is on snow and glaciers as it crosses
French Col pass (5240m). Then we
traverse the head of Hidden Valley, and
crosses Dhampus Pass (5155m). The trek
ends with a steep descent to Marpha and
a return to Pokhara via the Ghorapani
ridge. This trek provides some amazing,
close up, panoramic view of the entire
Dhaulagiri massif.

Days 01 :
Upon arrival in Kathmandu a representative will meet
you at the airport and transfer you to your Hotel. |
Days 02 :
Early morning flight to Pokhara. Trek to Bhaduri. |
Days 03 :
Trek to Dhobila (660m). |
Days 04 :
Trek to Shastra Danda (777m). |
Days 05 :
Trek to Beni (850m). |
Days 06 :
Trek to Babichaour (1020m). |
Days 07 :
Trek to Darbang (1113m). |
Days 08 :
Trek to Sibang (1750m). |
Days 09 :
Trek to Muri (2000m). |
Days 10 :
Trek to Jugapani. |
Days 11 :
Trek to Boghara. |
Days 12 :
Trek to Lapache Kharka. |
Days 13 :
Trek to Chartare. |
Days 14 :
Trek to Italy Base Camp. |
Days 15 :
Trek to French Pass (5334m). |
Days 16 :
Trek to Yak Kharka. |
Days 17 :
Trek to Marpha. |
Days 18 :
Trek to Marpha/Kalopani. |
Days 19 :
Trek to Kalopani/Tatopani. |
Days 20 :
Trek to Tatopani/Ghorapani. |
Days 21 :
Trek to Ghorapani/Birethanti. Weather permitting
your trekking crew might prepare a farewell treat
for you. You would be expected to join in the
singing and the dancing! |
Days 22 :
Trek to Nayapull. Transfer to the Pokhara Hotel. A
free afternoon in Pokhara |
Days 23 :
Flight to Kathmandu. Transfer to the Hotel. Late
afternoon sightseeing tour of Kathmandu |
Days 24 :
In Kathmandu. This is a cushion day that has been
built into the itinerary to allow for delays due to
flights or other reasons beyond our control. If you
are able to complete your trek in time then this day
may be used for sight seeing around Kathmandu
Valley. or free for shopping days. O/N Hotel. |

Depart Katmandu |
