Nepal Trekking

LANGTANG & HELAMBU THROUGH GANJA LA OR GOSAINKUND :

GosaikundaWe will offer special rate for the bigger size of group and special discount for travel agents for all treks.

This is a combination of three beautiful treks taking us straight into some of the wildest and most picturesque areas of Nepal. Starting from the lovely hill town of Syabrubensi our trek winds through beautiful rhododendron and conifer forests through the Langtang National Park on the way to the higher slopes. Our route then leads up to the high alpine yak pastures, glaciers and moraines around Kyangin. Along this route you will have an opportunity to cross the Ganja La Pass if possible (subject to weather conditions) from Langtang Valley. The trail enters the rhododendron forest and climbs up to alpine yak pastures at Ngegang(4404 m). From Ngegang we make an assent of Ganja La Pass (5122m). This area is sometimes called Kelaung or Kelchung and can be reached from another series of huts at Dukpu (4023m). Next we head southwest, descending past Gekye Gompa to reach Tarke Ghyang. Otherwise we take a detour and another special features of this trek is trekking past the sacred Hindu lakes of Gosainkund (4380 m) crossing into Helambu via the Laurebina Pass (4610 m) to Ghopte (3430 m) and further to Trake Gyang. Along this route you will have an opportunity to experience the whole range of Himalayan topography as the trailheads south through a lush green valley before are turning to Kathmandu.
