Lower dolpo is located in mid western
part of Nepal known as
known as "Ba
Yul" in local language or the hidden
valley has fascinating villages
and still a land of mystery and it also
a land of valuable medicinal herbes,
wild animals like blue sheep, Wolves,
snow leopards, many species of birds,
this area is remote and rugged and
protected, major attractions of this
trek are Shey phoksundo lake, Buddhist
monasteries, traditioal cultures. This
part has hindu influence. On the way to
trek one can see scenic himalayas like,
dhaulagiri, Kanjirowa, including mukut
himal and high passes like
Baga La (5190
m) and Numa La (5159 m) into Dho Tarap
village(4040 m) a region inhabited by
people practicing polyandry and
pre-Buddhist religion called "Bon Po".
The trek follows Tarap Khola to Dunai
and ends with a flight to Nepalgunj. The
lower part of Dolpa has Hindu influence.

Days 01 :
Upon arrival in Kathmandu a representative will meet
you at the airport and transfer you to your Hotel. |
Days 02 :
Free day in Kathmandu to make the final preparations
for your trek or do some exploring on your own. We
will be happy to arrange sightseeing tours of the
valley for you if you desire. O/N Hotel |
Days 03 :
Early morning transfer to airport for flight
Nepalgunj. O/N hotel |
Days 04 :
Flight to (Jumla 2370 m). Meet with your sirdar and the rest
of the crew O/N at camp. |
Days 05 :
Trek to Gariakot |
Days 06 :
Trek to Kunrigaon |
Days 07 :
Trek to Naphukana (2990m.). |
Days 08 :
Trek to Chaurikot (3070m). |
Days 09 :
Trek to Hurikot (3760m) |
Days 10 :
Trek to Toijem (2910m) |
Days 11 :
Trek to Kagmara Phedi (4240m). |
