Ghale Gaun is culturally and naturally a beautiful remote area of central Nepal which gives an exclusive experience of village life. The inhabitants of village are mostly Gurungs. The trek is famous for the sunrise view it provides and the magnificent scenes of Manaslu, Lamjung himal and Annapurna (II) in the north and Fishtail in the west. The full bloomed rhododendrons make the village more lively and beautiful. The village is also popular for provision of home stay to visitors. There are 30 well-furnished homes each facilitating two guests at a time with neat and clean toilets, bathrooms and solar lights.

Day 01:   Kathmandu (1350m)
After arrival in Kathmandu airport we will transfer to hotel.

Day 02:   Kathmandu - Beshi Sahar (823m): 6/7 hours
Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar. It takes six to seven hours to reach Besisahar  by bus. Overnight at hotel/ lodge.

Day 03:   Beshi Sahar - Ghalegaun (2050m.): 6/7 hours 
This day after walking 6/7 hours we will reach Ghalegaun. We can also hire a jeep which will take 3 hours and after walking 1 hour we will reach Ghalegaun. Here we will be welcomed by local villagers with garlands and Tika. This Ghalegaun village has major settlement of Gurung community (one of the ethnic groups of Nepal), at night we will enjoy Gurung cultural show organized by locals.  From here we can see whole Manaslu range including Lamjung himal, Annapurna III, IV, Machhapuchhre. Overnight homestay and enjoy local food.

Day 04:   Ghalegaun - Ghanpokhara (2150m.) – Ghalegaun: 2 hours
Wake up early morning, viewing the sunrise, Mt. Annapurna  and Manasulu range, Marshyangdi, river valley, Khudi river valley and many more, After breakfast, 1 hour hike to Ghan Pokhara village, we will explore the village then back to Ghalegaun and enjoy culture the local hospitality, tradition. Overnight at home stay.

Day 05:   Ghalegaun – Bhujung (1625 m) 2:30 hrs
After breakfast, 2 hour walk for Bhujung school, viewing the ever green waterfalls, Midim river valley, mountain village, half hour walk for Bhujung. Overnight at home stay and enjoy local food.

Day 06:   Bhujung (Rest day):
This is one of the biggest Gurunug village on this trail. We can explore the rich gurung culture , tradition and life style of the people of Bhujung. From Bhujung we can enjoy the view of Lamjung himal. Overnight at home stay and enjoy local food.

Day 07:   Bhujung - Pasgaun(1700 m): 5/6 hours
This day we will walk 5 to 6 hours to reach Pasgaun. The first 1 hour is downhill up to Midim river and then 3 hours uphill to reach Deurali and after 1 hour downhill we will arrive at Pasgaun.  The trail pass through terrain fields, village and jungle. Pasgaun village is rich in gurung culture and tradition. Overnight home stay and enjoy local food.

Day 08:   Pasgaun – Pakhurikot (1350 m): 5 hrs
This on the way to Phakurikot we pass through several villages on the way and we can see the  Manaslu and Annapurna mountain range and Pokhara valley. Overnight at home stay and enjoy local food.

Day 09:   Pakhurikot - Yanjakot (1440 m): 6/7 hrs
This day we will have long walk  to reach yanjakot .  on the way we pass through the villages and terrain fields .At Bhachok we will have our lunch and after lunch we will walk around 3-4 hours to reach yanjakot. Overnight at home stay.

Day 10:   Yanjakot – Tanting (1580 m) - Siklis (1980 m) 5/6 hours
This day we walk 3-4 hours to reach Tangting village the way is downhill and almost flat . Tangting is a beautiful village to experience people and culture of the local peoples. From Tangting it takes 2 hour uphill to reach Siklis . Siklis is one of the biggest Gurung village on this trail, in Siklis we can explore the local culture tradition ,architecture and life style of the people of Siklis as well we can enjoy panoramic view of Mt. Lamjung , Annapurna II , Machapuchhre .Overnight at home stay.

Day 11: Siklis - Pokhara : 5 hours
After breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara. It will take  around 5 hours by local bus to reach Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Pokhara - Kathmandu
We can fly or drive by private vehicles/tourist bus to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

Day 13: Kathmandu
This day we will have a free day for shopping and other activities such as Kathmandu city sightseeing etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14: Final departure day
Transfer to international airport and fly to your destination. 

Note: The itinerary can be customized according to your duration of holiday. Similarly hotel can be upgraded or downgraded depending on your requirement.
