Trek Facts




Day 01:   Kathmandu (1350 m)
After arrival in Kahtmandu airport we will transfer to hotel.

Day 02:   Kathmandu
This day we have to prepare the Manalsu permit. So you will be free for this day in Kathmandu such as city sightseeing tour, enjoy the day in Kahtmandu. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03:   Kathmandu - Arughat Bazaar (570 m) 5/7 hrs
We will drive for 5 hours by private vehicle and approximately 7 hours by local bus to reach Arughat Bazaar. This is a starting point for Tsum valley and Manaslu circuit trek. We will stay at lodge/tented camp in Arughat Bazaar.

Day 04:   Arughat Bazaar - Lapu Bensi (880 m) 6 hrs
This day we will walk 6 hours through straight trail to reach Lapu Bensi. Upto Khursani Bari it is a normal road afterwards it is little narrower till Lapu Bensi. Lapu Bensi village mainly consists of Gurung community one of the main ethnic community in Nepal. We will stay at lodge/tented camp in Lapu Besi.

Day 05:   Lapu Bensi - Tatopani (hotspring) (990m) 5 hrs
This day we will walk 5 hours through bank of Budhi Gandaki river, crossing jungles mainly consisting sal trees. In Tatopani we can take a dip in hot spring and enjoy. We will stay at lodge/tented camp in Tatopani.

Day 06:   Tatopani - Philim (1650 m) 6 hrs
This day we will walk 6 hours, we have to pass several villages, cross Budhi Gandaki river, on the way towards Philim we will find high school built by Japanese people, we will have good views of Shringi himal. We will stay at lodge/tented camp in Philim.

Day 07:   Philim - Ghap (2380 m) 6 hrs
This day we will walk for about 6 hours. First crossing Budhi Gandaki we will reach Dyang. Again after crossing few suspension bridges and mani walls we will reach Ghap. We will stay at lodge/tented camp.

Day 08:   Ghap - Lo Gaun (3020 m) 6 hrs
This day we will walk through pine forest and cross suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki river. We will cross several villages and terraced wheat and potato fields. After walking 6 hours from Ghap we will reach Lo Gaun. We will stay at lodge/tented camp.

Day 09:   Lo Gaun - Samagaun (3390 m) 3 hrs
This day we will walk for about 3 hours. On the way we will walk through pine forest, cross several settlements. We will see good views of Manaslu Himalayan range. In the afternoon we will reach Samagaun and stroll around the area. We will stay at lodge/tented camp.

Day 10:   Acclimatization day.
We will visit Monastery, Ice fall and lake, hike around the area. We will stay at lodge/tented camp.

Day 11:   Samagaun - Samdo (3690 m) 3 hrs
This day we will walk for about 3 hours. We will walk through slightly uphill trail to reach Samdo. We will stay at lodge/tented camp.

Day 12:   Samdo - Dharmasala (4450 m) hrs
This day we will walk for about 3 hours. Crossing few river streams in the afternoon we will reach Dharmasala. After having lunch stroll around the area, We will stay at lodge/tented camp

Day 13:   Dharmasala - Bhimtang (3700 m) 7 hrs
This day we will walk for about 7 hours. Wake up early in the morning cross Larke Pass (5200 m), after that walk through downhill trail to Bhimtang. From the pass we can have beautiful views of Himlung, Annapurna II, Lamjung himal and many others. We will stay at lodge/tented camp

Day 14:   Bhimtang - Dharapani (1860 m) 7 hrs
This day we will walk for about 7 hours. We will walk through Rhododendron and pine forest. Cross suspension bridges over Dudhkhola river and Marshyangdi river near Dharapani. In the evening we will reach Dharapani. We will stay at lodge/tented camp

Day 15:   Dharapani - Chame (2670m.) 5/6 hrs.
After one hour trek we will be at Bagarchhap where we can visit the Tibetan Monastery Bagarchhap and view Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. The trail climbs along the mule track through pine and fir forest and then follows the river for a time amongst the higher oak and maple trees. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 16:   Chame - Pisang (3200m.) 5/6 hrs.
The trail follows through the river valley, stay at Pisang with panoramic view of Pisang peak and Annapurna 2. Over night at Lodge.

Day 17:   Pisang - Manang (3540m.) 5/6 hrs
Walk through the fields of grazing Yak and a wide variety of crops. This large Tibetan Nepali settlement provides good views of Annapurna 2, 3, 4 and Gangapurna. Over night at Lodge

Day 18:   Acclimatization at Manang (3540m.)
This is a rest day to acclimatize to the higher altitude. Time to visit monasteries, take advice from Himalayan Rescue Association and observe the spectacular views from the Himalaya. Overnight at Lodge.

Day 19:   Manang - Leder (4200m.) 4/5 hrs.
We move through alpine pastures to scrubby forests of juniper and rose. Over night at Lodge.

Day 20:   Leder - Thorong Phedi (4450m.) 3/4 hrs.
Walking near by the river; sometimes possible to see herds of blue mountain. Over night at Lodge. 

Day 21:   Thorong Phedi - Thorong-La Pass (5416m.) - Muktinath (3800m) 8/9 hrs.
We ascend steeply to high camp at 4550 m then along an undulating trail to the flat top of thorong-la ( 5416m). From here, the trail descend steeply down to Muktinath. This is one of the most important pilgrimage sights for Hindus, it is also home for many ethnics Tibetans and holy Buddhists. We will visit around the pilgrimage site, overnight at hotel/lodge.

Day 22:   Muktinath -  Jomsom (2710m) 5/6 hrs. 
We gently descend towards Jhorkot from Muktinath which is one hours walk from Muktinath, here is an ancient monastery. From here we will directly descend towards Kagbeni, here also we will see an ancient monastery. From Kagbeni we will reach Jomsom after 2 and half hours walk. Those who did not want to complete Annapurna Circuit can stay at Jomsom and next day fly to Pokhara. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 23:   Jomsom – Pokhara
Early morning fly from Jomsom to Pokhara and transfer to hotel, after free for exploring around Pokhara. 

Day 24:   Pokhara – Kathmandu
There is flight to Kathmandu after every half and hour. It will take 25 minutes flight form Pokhara to reach Kathmandu. Otherwise we can drive by private vehicle/tourist bus to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

Day 25:   Kathmandu
This day we will have a free day for shopping and other activities such as Kathmandu city sightseeing etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day 26: Final departure Day
Transfer to international airport and fly to your destination.

Note: The itinerary can be customized according to your duration of holiday. Similarly hotel can be upgraded or downgraded depending on your requirement.
