The Nar Phu Valley opened for guests only in the year 2002, consist an adventurous trip in the unexplored a loof area of the Annapurna region. Normally, the trek starts from Besisahar, similar to Annapurna circuit trek. The trek is a boon for those who are in search of earthly paradise. The trail with its unique landscapes offers an exotic sight of the antique Tibetan culture, a thrilling experience through passes like Kangla pass (5322 m) and Eastern pass (5340 m) and magnificent mountain scenarios of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri range, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu Himal and Tilicho peak. After investigating the extravagant Nar Phu valley, the trekkers rest in a beautiful village of Manang and precede the trek to the lake at the highest altitude in the world, the Tilicho Lake.

Day 01:   Kathmandu (1350m)
After arrival in Kathmandu airport we will transfer to hotel.

Day 02:   Kathmandu 
This day we have to prepare the Nar – Phu permit. So you will be free for this day in Kathmandu such as city sightseeing tour, enjoy the day in Kathmandu, hotel

Day 03:   Kathmandu - Beshi Sahar (823m) - Bhulbhule (840 m) 7/8 hours
Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule via Besisahar. It takes seven to eight hours to reach Bhulbhule by bus. Overnight at hotel/ lodge in Bhulbhule.

Day 04:   Bhulbhule - Chamje (1430 m.) 7/8 hours.
Having breakfast at Bhulbhule, we commence our trek to Chamje. Lunch will be served on the way. En route, we would trek along the steep and slippery trail running through paddy fields, trail ascends through the rhododendron forest to Chamje. Over night at Lodge. 

Day 05:   Chamje - Dharapani (1860m.) 6/7 hours.
We trek from Chamje to Dharapani. The path goes along the river through bamboo groves. We would also cross barley and potato fields at Dharapani at Lodge.

Day 06:   Dharapani  Koto(2600 m) 5 hours.
After one hour trek we will be at Bagarchhap where we can visit the Tibetan Monastery Bagarchhap and view Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. The trail is uphill to Timang and then more flat to Koto through pine and fir forest and then follows the river for a time amongst the higher oak and maple trees. It takes around 5 hours to reach to Koto. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 07:   Koto - Meta (3560 m)
Today we will walk through the pine forest and along with the Phu khola. The trail to Meta is slightly upand downhill through narrow valley. On the way you can see nice view of Himalayan range and waterfall. Overnight at lodge

Day 08:   Meta - Kyang (3820 m)  
Today we will walk from meta to Kyang, which takes about 5-6 hours. The trail to Kyang is through the flat and mid hill. Overnight at Tented camp.

Day 09:   Kyang - Phugaun (4080 m)
This day we will walk through the mid hill to Phugaun, on the way you can see the beautiful Himalayn range like Kangroo, Namche peak and others. It takes about 4 hours to reach to Phugaun. Overnight at lodge
Day 10:   Phugaun - Nar (4110 m)
Today we will walk from Phugaun to Nar through downhill trail. The trail is slightly downhill to Phu Khola and then uphill to reach to Nar. It takes about 8-9 hours to reach to Nar. Overnight at lodge.

Day 11:   Nar
Rest day for acclimatization

Day 12:   Nar - Kangla Phedi (4530 m)
This day we will walk from Nar to Kangla Phedi, the trail to Kangla Phedi is slightly uphill. It takes about 4 hours to reach to Kangla Phedi. Overnight at Tented camp

Day 13:   Kangla Phedi - Kangla Bhanjyang pass (5306 m) - Nawal (3660 m)
Today we will start to walk early in the morning, the trail to Kangla Bhanjyang Pass is uphill and then downhill to Nawal. It takes about 6-7 hours to reach to Nawal crossing Kangla Bhanjyang pass. From the pass you can see the panoramic view of Himalayan range like Annapurna II,IV,III, Gangapurna, Tilicho Peak, Lamjung himal etc. Overnight at Lodge.

Day 14:   Nawal – Manang (3540m.)
This day we will walk from Ngwal to Manang  takes about three hours.  On the way you pass pine forests, villages such as Braga and farming terraces. You can enjoy the views of Annapurna range, Tilicho Mountain and beautiful landscapes. Manang is a small town. Stay overnight in lodge.

Day 15:   Manang - Khangsar (3734m.) 3/4 hours
This day we will walk through straight trail, after walking  3/4  hours we will reach Khangsar. Overnight at lodge

Day 16:   Khangsar - Tilicho Base Camp (4150m.) 5/6 hours
This day we will walk for about 5/6 hours to reach Tilicho Base Camp, this trail is little zigzag, also there are chances of occurring landslide sometimes. Overnight stay at lodge or tented camp.

Day 17:   Tilicho Base Camp – High Camp (5100m.) 6/7 hours
This day we will walk towards High Camp. We can reach high Camp within 6/7 hours if we are in good health. We will ascend towards Tilicho lake. Overnight at tented camp

Day 18:   High Camp – Yak Kharka (3600m.) 8/9 hours
Early morning we will walk towards Yak Kharka after crossing (5340m). From where we can see beautiful views of Jomsom village, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Himlung himal, Lamjung himal, impressive Nilgiri himal and many more.  This day we have to walk for about 8/9 hours. We will walk steep downwards towards Yak Kharka crossing small jungles. Overnight at tented camp  

Day 19:   Yak Kharka – Jomsom (2710 m) 3/4 hours. 
This day we will walk towards Jomsom through Thini Village. We will walk 3/4 hours to reach Jomsom. Overnight at lodge.

Day 20:   Jomsom - Pokhara  
Early morning fly to Pokhara and transfer to hotel. After free for various activities.

Day 21:   Pokhara - Kathmandu
This day, We can enjoy the sightseeing in Pokhara  like boating etc, And, afternoon transfer to airport  return back to Kathmandu by flight in 25 minutes with good view of Mountains. And, after arrival in Kathmandu airport, we will transfer to hotel.

Day 22:   Kathmandu
This day we will have a free day for shopping and other activities such as Kathmandu city sightseeing etc. Overnight at hotel.

Day 23:   Final departure day
Transfer to airport and fly to your destination.
