Annapurna Circuit Trek is also knows as Annapurna Circuit trek. This is the immensely popular and famous trek amongst the travelers from worldwide. On this trek we have to pass through the deep gorges, high Thorang La passes (5416 m), Hindu as well as Buddhist temples, habitats of people living in village along with the spectacular views of Annapurna range. During this trek we can also explore about the Tibetan culture as we have to continue the trek to Mustang. 

This trek starts from Bhulbhule and continues to the destionation like Manang (3540 m) crossing the high pass we reach Muktinath (3800 m). The trekking trial is moderate level for the trekkers which comprises of the visit to monasteries, temples and the breathtaking views of Himalayas like: Mount Dhaulagiri (8,167 m),  Annapurna I (8,091 m), Mount Annapurna II (7,937 m), Mount Annapurna III (7,555 m), Mount Annapurna IV (7,525 m), Mount Annapurna south (7,219 m), Mount Machhapuchhare (6,998 m), Mount Manaslu (8,163 m), Mount Hiunchuli (6,441m), Lamjung Himal (6,986m), Tilicho peak (7134m) and Tukuche peak (6,920m).

Trip itinerary

After your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our correspondent will be there to welcome you to the Himalayan country. We will pick up you in private vehicle and transfer to hotel. After your arrival we will be briefing you and prepare for the trek. Overnight at hotel.

Early morning drive from Kathmandu to Chame via Besisahar. It takes 6 hours drive by private vehicles and 7/8 hours by public vehicle to reach Besisahar. From there we will hire private jeep head towards Chame in another 4 hours. Overnight at lodge.

We will have breakfast in the morning and passing the Chame we reach Pisang in 4/5 hours.The trail follows through the river valley, stay at Pisang with panoramic view of Pisang peak and Annapurna II.Over night at Lodge.

After having breakfast we will head towards Manang which takes about 5/6 hours. Walking through the fields of grazing Yak and a wide variety of crops. This large Tibetan Nepali settlement provides good views of Annapurna II, III, IV & Gangapurna.Over night at Lodge

This is a rest day to acclimatize to the higher altitude. Time to visit monasteries, take advice from Himalayan Rescue Association and observe the spectacular views from the Himalaya. Lodge.

After breakfast ee move through alpine pastures to scrubby forests of juniper and rose. It takes around 4/5 hours to reach Leder. Over night at Lodge.

This day after having breakfast we will have to head towards Thorang Phedi. It takes 4/5 hours to reach there. Walking near by the river; sometimes possible to see herds of blue mountain. Overnight at Lodge. 

After breakfast we head towards the trek of 7 / 8 hours to reach Muktinath.We ascend steeply to high camp at 4550 m then along an undulating trail to the flat top of thorong-la ( 5416m). From here, the trail descend steeply down to Muktinath. This is one of the most important pilgrimage sights for Hindus, it is also home for many ethnics Tibetans and holy Buddhists. We wake up early at 3:00 AM in the morning and always start journey towards Thorang Pass, we have to cross Thorang Pass earlier than 11:00 because, after that cold wind starts blowing till the evening. We will reach Muktinath at 1:00 or 2:00 PM by walk, and then we will take a Jeep for our journey to Jomsom. It will take approximately 1 & half hours to reach Jomsom by Jeep. Overnignt at lodge.

This day after having breakfast we head towards Jomsom. This takes around 5/6 hours of walk to reach Jomsom. We can enjoy the landscape as well as Tibetan culture on the way to Jomsom. Jomsom is a beautiful village in Mustang from where we can see the Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri Mountains. Overnight at lodge.

Early morning fly Jomsom to Kathamndu via Pokhara and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel. 

This day will be a free day in Kathmandu. In meantime we can do sightseeing at the different places listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites like: Boudha, Pashupatinath, Swoyambhu and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Overnight at hotel.
