260 km via over three high passes Ghampa La pass 4794 m the highway skirts the Yamdrok Tso & Yamdrok Lake Nakar-tse where we stop for Lunch there is a Restaurant call Lhasa Restaurant after lunch we drive continue over Karo La pass 50,55 m and Sima La pass 4380m Over night in Gyan-tse 3950 meter

We drive alone on the left side of Nyang-Chu (Tsangpo) Valley by crossing Zamchen bridge its almost flatland from Gyan-tse to Shiga-tse via Penang over night in Xiga-tse 3900m

The road goes continue on the high plateau through over Tra La Pass after the Tsuo La Pass 4500 meter we drive downhill (descent down) to the Trum-chu Valley Sakya Zampa Bridge where we leave the highway and trun left to the Sakya Monastery which 42 kilometers we visit to Sakya Lhakhang then after Lunch we drive back to the main road Sakya Zampa Bridge continue to Lhar-tse overnight in LHATSE 4050 meter

First we climb uphill over Gyatso La Pass 5220 meter it’s the highest pass between Lhasa and Kathmandu friendship highway on the way around Gyatso La you will see many of Nomads are camped with their animals as Yak Nak and other mix rouse animals as thy are known the animals farmers in Tibet and in Nepal on the remote areas after the pass we drive downhill to the Xegar alone the Phung-chu Tsangpo Valley Xegar there is one Army check post where we have to check as our rout permit then after 40 minutes drive you will get in old Tingri altitude of 4340 meter it’s the place which you will see the highest mountain in the world Mt Everest as known local Name Jomolungma 8848 m the mount Everest named after the Sir George Everest after his survey in 1865 and some other mountains are Mt Makalu 8463 m Lhotse 8501 m Mt Cho Oyu 8201m Mt Pumori 7161 m Mt Melung-tse or Jowo Guru 7181 m Mt Gauri –Shankar or Jowo Tseringma 7134 m also it’s the place when the Sherpa peoples are entry into Khumbu region Nepal in 15th century crossing via Nangpa La Pass or Khumbu La 5716 m between Ralung Ri 7012 m and Jobo Rimjang Kang from Tingri we drive continued following the Nien chu Valley and climb uphill to the last highest pass Lalung La pass 5050 meter where you can see against magnificent mountain views from the top such as the last eight thousand highest peak in the world Mt Shisapangma 8012 m in Tibet China and other mountains range as Mt Langtang 7246 m Mt Phola Gangchen 7661m Mt Nyanang Ri 7071m Mt Gyalzen Peak 6705m Mt Gauri-Shanke 7134m Mt Menlug-tse 7180m Mt Gyachungkang 7952m after the taking photograph we drive downhill via Po-chu Valley to Nyalam overnight in NYALAM 3625 meter

After breakfast we drive continued following by Bhote Kosi River to Zhangmu the last part of Tibet China after tea break we check out from the Chinese Immigration then drive down to the Friendship bridge Kodari Nepal Tibet China border into the Nepal and check in Nepal Immigration after complete the Immigration we drive continued by following Bhote Kosi River on the way the biggest town call Bahara Bishe bazaar where we cross the bridge to the right side of Bhote kosi river it will take about 530 hours drive from the border Kodari to Kathmandu as well as some time there will be the landslides between Zhangmu and Bahara Bishe Bazaar so we have to change our Transportation we have to walk some distances as where the landslide areas from Bahara-Bishe to Kathmandu the road condition is fine and it is run all the year the normal transportation between Kathmandu and Bahara-Bishe, Tatopani Kodari it is a very busy road for the Transportation as the Trucks the Business between Tibet China and Nepal we drive continued by Arniko highway to Kathmandu on the way we cross two bridges after Bahara-Bishe the first bridge call Balaphi Bridge and the second bridge call Dolalghat Bridge after Dolalghat we drive uphill until Dhuli-Khel from Dhulikhel to Kathmandu it takes only hour to get in Kathmandu 1337 meter the Capital of Nepal transfer to hotel the seven night eight days overland trip to Tibet is end from Kathmandu – Lhasa Tibet China – Kathmandu Nepal.
